With over 20 years of experience, Michele started her career in accounting as accounting temporary employee, gaining hands-on experience across various industries. Driven to deepen her expertise, she pursued an associate degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, followed by a dual bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. She later achieved her MBA, equipping her to make a substantial impact in the world of finance.

Dedicated to financial literacy, the firm manages clients books and educates clients on essential financial management skills, such as reading financial reports, understanding statements, and building financial independence. They provide comprehensive support to clients by helping them stay compliant, adhere to ethical practices, and implement essential policies and procedures that may be missing within their organizations. They assist clients in creating and following these structures as well as in developing financial management and resource allocation.
